So the experts were right, we did have a winter snow event..... I don't know how many inches we have on the ground, but it's many. Thick, heavy snow that stuck to everything. School was cancelled again. It was nice not to have snow for a few days at least. The weird thing was last night- at the beginning of the storm -we had a huge amount of snow coming down and a thunderstorm at the exact same time. Like the title says- thundersnow. It doesn't happen often, but thundersnow is never, ever a good thing.

Yikes! No, it isn't a good thing. We were supposed to get that too, but it warmed up again at the last minute. Stay safe!
