I make pizza once every 10 days at least. It's easy, cheaper and better than going out for it and BONUS! the boy eats it.
I have it down to an art- I don't use sauce because my husband doesn't like it- I just use a food processor chop up 3 roma tomatoes with some garlic and italian seasoning. I drain that so it's not very liquid and spread that on the bottom of the crust. Than it's mozzarella, monterey jack cheese then toppings- pepperoni, sausage, ham, onions, whatever. Then bake it at 500 degrees on a pizza grate until it gets brown like you like, the parmesan cheese on the top.
