The fireplace on the right is electric...I am putting up more pipe to go into the wall so it looks more realistic....
The vintage blue medicine cabinet that started the rush for a new color...
The desk area...
The window area with new curtains up...
Some art I brought up. I got this charcoal about 10 years ago...
I still have to have my horns and skulls.....
whole thing was 34.96. One gallon of paint. I had everything else, including paint brushes and rollers.

Well done! It looks great -- the color is perfect.
I love that colour. It sets the cabinet--and the fireplace off nicely. Congratulations! Just in time for Turkey day.
thanks. I had to paint before turkey day because I just couldn't have everyone over for dinner in room that has been primed with big blue test squared on all the walls. I'm glad to have met the self imposed deadline.
man I love that cabinet!
I love the color and the medicine cabinet. I could be wrong, but this seems to flow more seamlessly with your kitchen updates, too...
thank you Laura. I chose this color to go with the kitchen color-and did some changes so that it would flow better with the house. My tastes are changing and this reflects it better than before. I hope.
